Shipping within Australia
FLAT RATE $7.00, 2-7 business DAYS
You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Kindly reach out to store@rhythmkeeper.com.au with any order-related enquiries.
International Shipping
Flat Rate $15.00, 7-28 business days
All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes that are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be billed upon delivery based on country regulations. Rhythmkeeper has no control over these fees and is unable to falsify prices and/or mark orders as gifts. If you haven’t received your order, your customs office is the first place to check. We are not responsible for replacing orders that are left unclaimed at customs.
PRODUCT Refunds & Returns
Rhythmkeeper does not accept change of mind returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it.
Please email store@rhythmkeeper.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving your order so we may commence the process of handling your refund or replacing your product(s).
If it is evident that your parcel was damaged in transit, please ensure you send photographs of the damaged parcel along with a photo of the damaged product.
Rhythmkeeper is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses that are lost/stolen/damaged or returned.
RADIANCE RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please note that your deposit for a Radiance Retreat (Retreat) is non-refundable. A $500 deposit must be paid upon booking to secure your spot at the Retreat. Once paid, deposits are non-refundable, only transferable if notice is given prior to 30 days before the commencement of the Retreat.
2. 100% of the balance owing is due 30 days prior to the Retreat. Final payments are non-refundable, only transferable.
3. In the event of postponement of a Retreat due to events outside of Anna Balston's control (including but not limited to a Covid-19 related border closure and or lockdown), no funds will be refunded but every effort will be made to ensure your booking is honoured at a later date.
(3a) Any amount paid to Anna Balston can be used as a credit for a future event(s) or Retreat hosted by Anna Balston within 18 months of the scheduled Retreat booking.
(3b) Solely at Anna Balston's discretion, a Retreat credit may be transferred to a friend or family member.
4. In the event that Anna Balston is unable to fulfil her duties at a Retreat due to extreme illness or unforeseeable personal circumstances:
(4a) The balance payment (the full amount paid to Anna Balston minus the $500 deposit) will be refunded to the client unless the clients wishes Anna Balston to hold their full Retreat payment as credit for a future event(s) or Retreat, in which case every effort will be made to ensure the client’s booking is honoured at a later date within 18 months of the scheduled booking.
(4b) Solely at Anna Balston's discretion, a Retreat booking deposit may be transferred to a friend or family member.
